actuall I forgot to answere your question: I asked the poster of control at the Dutch distributer..There is a US distributer as well just check the website and look for the name and write them a nice email....greetings!

I'm curious about what kinda workflow you used for this layout? Do you start in Photoshop or Illustrator? At what point do you and your text and font elements and in what program? Finally, what program did you use to lay out the art on templates?
