CHARIOTS

Chariots (not to be confused with the Christian hardcore band "The Chariot") was the band that rose out of the ashes of Song Of Zarathustra. If you're unfamiliar with Song Of Zarathustra check out the previous blog post I made by clicking here. Chariots was the next logical sound progression from Song Of Zarathustra. They retained the same feel and elements of their keyboard scream punk sound from before. Definitely worth checking out.

Song Of Zarathustra was a awesome band, I've never even heard of Chariots though. I'll have to check them out for sure. That's one thing about these types of bands I love, even if a band you like breaks up two to three bands rise from the ashes and atleast one if not all of those bands kick ass. Then it's like a repeat process. So you end up having like 7-8 bands you love that splintered off of one band to start with lol.

i couldn't have said it better myself! i feel like a detective half the time figuring out what band had members in other bands. it's crazy. a good example of it is the san diego scene. thats a tough scene to remember who is in what bands hahaha

thanx for the kind words X-Ray Bone Crunch. Mediafire is pretty good so I wouldn't worry about getting any viruses.

all i have to say is wow. the inner life ep is amazing.

glad you dig it. the full length is amazing as well.

The Inner Life EP is by a UK band called Chariots, not the Chariots of post-SOZ fame! The UK band Chariots have another LP from about '05 as well.

Hope I've cleared up the confusion!!

hahaha.. hardcore bands need to do goggle searches before picking their names!

I guess it explains why it says Chariots (America, North) on the cover of Congratulations.
