KINGS OF CONVENIENCE

Here is another favorite of mine. Kings of Convenience are an indie folk-pop duo from Bergen, Norway. Consisting of Erlend Øye and Eirik Glambek Bøe, the musical group is known for their delicate tunes, calming voices, and intricately subtle guitar melodies. Below is their first s/t out of print album and a bootleg rarities disc. The bootleg disc has an amazing cover of the Joy Division song "The Eternal." Check it out.

Wow, thank you so much! I've never even known there was such a collection anywhere. God knows it was hard enough finding Versus anywhere.

Good day, I simply wanted to thank you for taking the time to put all this together, for taking the time to do so, and just for the work it might entail. I am quite fond of Kings of Convenience and was absolutely ecstatic to find your links (in a way, by mistake while looking for an image of them); finding that album was great enough, but being able to find those rarities was just a thrill. That cover of Tom Petty is truly amazing. Again, thanks. Hope this finds you well, yours friendly, Che

Thanks so much for sharing the rarities, you're awesome!

Saw them live last night and my God, they were so much better live. Makes me wish I'd have a mini-Erlend and mini-Eirik to sing at my house, lol.

Again, thank you!
